November 2015

Hey MBStix family!
We love that this past month was November; we have so much to be thankful for! Thanksgiving is a time when we can reflect on our blessings and show appreciation for the people that support us. Well, this year Thanksgiving really hit home for us.
We are SO thankful for everyone that has become part of our MBStix family by reppin’ their shirts all around the world! We are thankful for every comment posted, every picture shared, and every email that was sent. We are in constant awe of how much support we are receiving...from our fellow gym goers, to other gyms and boxes that offer any guidance and support as we grow our brand!
We see it all & thank you so so much guys!

We are also proud that we were able to give back to another great cause this month for Epilepsy Awareness. We donated 10% of our Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales to the Dravet Syndrome Foundation. This organization is particularly special to our co-owner, Meredith. Meredith’s nephew, Sawyer, suffers from Dravet Syndrome; a catastrophic form of epilepsy that affects children early in their childhood due to a genetic mutation. We believe no child should have to endure endless seizures, with minimal medical management. If you would like to make an additional donation or learn more about Dravet Syndrome, please visit

Another HUGE ‘thank you’ goes out to the awesome community at Crossfit Conventus. You guys absolutely rock! We had such a blast visiting their new location in Mantua, NJ. Not to mention, we totally got our asses handed to us at their Saturday 9AM class with Coaches Matt & Greg! Phew. Our friends at CrossFit Conventus were so warm and friendly, we literally didn't want to leave! Thanks again for opening your doors to us guys!

Last but certainly not least, we are thankful for THE SQUAT!! We have been anxiously waiting to release our second graphic…and hearing how much you love it is flipping awesome. But who doesn’t LOVE squatting? Seriously though! We are super proud of this new graphic we created and had a great time making it come to life!

Of course, we hope you all had a wonderful holiday!

We look forward to a fun and festive December!

Mary & Meredith
